Former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, has congratulated Eyitayo Jegede and the Ondo state governor, Olusegun Mimiko, following the Appeal court judgement on Wednesday which went in favour of Senator Ahmed Makarfi’s faction candidate.
In his congratulatory message to the Jegede, the former Spokesperson to PDP 2015 presidential campaign also mocked the party’s factional chairman, Senator Ali Modu Sheriff and the erstwhile party flag bearer, Jimoh Ibrahim.
It reads: “Congratulations to my brothers Eyitayo Jegede and Governor Segun Mimiko; to our National Chairman Senator Ahmed Makarfi and to our great party the PDP on our historic victory at the Court of Appeal today.
“Shame on Ali Modu Sheriff, Jimoh Ibrahim and their Justice Okon Abang.
“The usurpers, spoilers and agents of darkness have been exposed, justice has been done, the PDP is back and we are now on the rise.”
