Wonder shall never end especially in Nigeria. I was surprise when I saw this picture. What exactly can we say this man in Nigeria police uniform is doing? Can we say the Woman is under arrest?

 Nigeria police and their attitude, They act as if they have no senses(some of them not all).
I don't know what this woman would has done to warrant this police office to act this way in public.

Let even say the guy has nothing to protect, the uniform is enough to command respect. Just saying my own oooo.

From the picture, it is very obvious that this woman is been harassed and it suppose not to be so. As far she is still a suspect, handling her like that is totally insane.

The way we handle suspect in this Part of the world baffle me a lot.
